About

Direct Inspect Offers Full-Service Home Inspections

Buying a home is most likely one of the largest purchases you will make in your lifetime, so it is very important that you know exactly what kind of home you are buying & what condition it is in.

My name is Steve Gnetz, and as a professional home inspector, it is my job to look for issues or potential problems you may face with your purchase by giving you a thorough, impartial assessment of your home.

I look at every home from two perspectives: it’s a home for you and your family so I look for health, safety & liability issues but it’s also an investment. So I also look for repairs & maintenance to preserve what is currently in good condition, or to improve to help assure they meet up-to-date safety & health requirements.
